The fiber jute comes from the jute plants grow by the skilled hand-touch of farmer in the rural areas of in the country. Bangladesh is the home of jute where 80% jute of the world grows. Sumiya cottage takes of its products from the seed of jute to its various products. The fibre comes from grown-up jute plants and processed by the industry for its fine natural fibre. The fibre then turns to thread for making the various fabrics. These crafty fabrics used by Sumiya cottage for making its various crafty products. The cottage was established in 1996 with the purpose of producing high quality jute goods (fashionable accessories) diversified products, and fashionable sandal (made of Jute) by the well-trained artisan by their own hand, hand-operating machine with the materials of natural collection (such as jute, jute cotton, cane leather, synthetics, other accessories), hand-made loom fabric.
